Purpose of the Program
The purpose of this program is to provide support for significant new economic development planning, policy-making and implementation efforts, and to establish a comprehensive economic development planning process cooperatively with the state, the state political subdivisions, and economic development districts.
Who is Eligible
Provide support to Planning Organizations for the development, implementation, or revision and replacement of Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS), for short-term planning projects, and for State plans. Matching share required.
